Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Return and the Refund Policy explains when returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges may be available.


Return Window
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Digital downloads, including STL files and other downloadable content
• Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items
• Items damaged by misuse, improper assembly, modification, or normal wear
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos or video showing the problem and packaging
After review, we may offer one of the following:


• Replacement parts
• Product exchange
• Store credit
• Full or partial refund


Standard Returns
If your return is approved for reasons, other than defect, or shipping error:
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply if the item is returned opened but still in resealable condition.

 

Refund Process
• Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
• If approved, refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on
your payment provider.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. If you
need an exchange? Contact us first so we can confirm availability and next steps.


Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled before shipment.
• If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.


Return Condition Requirements
Returned items must:
• Be securely packaged
• Include all original parts, inserts, manuals, and accessories
• Show no signs of misuse, alteration, or excessive handling
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or refunded only in part.

In case of any parts damage by shipping we will send replacements we will not approve a return or refund if the issue can be fix by a replacing a part that can be send from us at no cost to the customer
