Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and
deliver orders.
Order Processing
• Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days unless otherwise stated on
the product page.
• Custom, made-to-order, or preorder items may require additional processing and
production time.
• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with
tracking information, when available.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the
destination, package size, and selected shipping method.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs,
incorrect address information, or other events outside our control.
If your order is delayed, we will do our best to help you track the shipment and provide
updates when possible.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the regions listed at checkout. Availability may change at any
time.
International Shipping
International shipping may not be available for all products or destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees,
or other charges required by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your
order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the
customer.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee
changes can be made after an order is placed.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the
carrier’s control.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please:
• Check around your delivery location
• Ask household members or neighbors
• Contact the shipping carrier directly
We will gladly assist where possible, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen
packages after confirmed delivery.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the damage
We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
Split Shipments
In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately depending on availability,
packaging, or fulfillment location.
Digital Products
Digital products, including STL files and other downloadable items, are not shipped
physically. Access instructions will be provided after purchase.
